An Inhome Family Session Welcoming their Son 

This family session was extra special as this was my sister. In February they welcomed their son James (Jamie) Parker Lee. As a mother, I understand how hard it can be to get yourself ready to do your hair and makeup and make sure your newborn is comfortable for portraits. That is why I always offer in-home newborn sessions so you can stay in the comfort of your own home. As a Virginian Family photographer if there are any milestone portraits I recommend capturing during the first year, its newborn portraits. The newborn phase disappears so quietly you don’t even realize it. Once their eyes have changed color, the peach fuzz on them is gone, or the wrinkles on their back, it's something you can never recreate. It’s the most bitter sweet feeling always highly recommend prioritizing newborn portraits.
